
Design
After booking a design consultation, we will come out to talk about your project intentions, measure your space, and begin designing different concepts and floor plans. We’ll start to characterize budgeting, timelines and material options for each plan design. Once a plan is approved it will be finalized and all documents will be drafted for construction.
Drafting
Once plans are approved, they go to our drafting department for in-depth design, to be used for permitting and construction. This is a crucial step in the process for these will be the final construction drawings to be approved by the municipality, also all materials and labour for the renovation will be based off these blueprints.

Permitting
After drafting is completed, we will apply for the necessary building permits required for the applicable construction or renovation project. This is done through the municipality permitting department and will allow all renovation to meet the proper build codes and requirements set out by the building code act. Certain renovations and decks will not need to be permitted but all major renovation and additions will need this permit to proceed.
